The contact form sends your name, email address, optional telephone number, selected service and message to NJISYSTEMS at hello@njisystems.co.za so we can respond. Please do not include passwords, access keys or confidential customer information.

Essential cookies

We remember your cookie preferences for 30 days. The contact form uses a session cookie to limit repeated submissions. These features operate without optional analytics.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, this website records page visits, device and browser type, screen size, language, timezone, referring site and approximate region. Session identifiers help group visits. The website does not request your GPS location.

Analytics are stored on the website hosting account and viewed through a private owner dashboard. You can reject analytics and still browse the website and contact us.

Contact form security

The contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile when you visit it. Cloudflare processes technical information needed to check for automated submissions, and NJISYSTEMS sends the resulting token to Cloudflare for verification. This is an essential form security measure; it runs independently of optional website analytics. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Hosting and external services

The hosting provider may keep technical access and security logs. Links to WhatsApp, social profiles and other websites open services with their own privacy policies. Opening WhatsApp lets you review the message before you send it there.
